With 35 years of international experience working at renowned financial firms like Morgan Stanley and Neuberger Berman Europe and serving in the United States Navy, Tony brings a wealth of expertise and wisdom to his role as a certified professional coach. Having built successful teams and divisions from scratch, he has been at the forefront of private wealth and institutional financial firms, utilizing the best current technologies. Tony held a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance in his role as a SIGINT operator and analyst and has had many forward deployments to US Navy surface and subsurface combatants where he provided valuable insights and intelligence to the National Security Agency.
Tony’s life journey has been marked by successes and personal challenges, including corporate burnout, divorce, internal limiting beliefs, family trauma, and negative habits. Tony has dedicated years to personal growth and transformation, ultimately becoming the confident and influential person he is today. These experiences have shaped him into a purpose-driven coach, believing that coaching is his calling. As a visionary, he holds an unwavering optimistic perspective on the future. Tony, a first-generation Portuguese American originally from central New Jersey, resides now in San Francisco with his fiancé Diane. He is a passionate ally to the LGBTQ+ community and advocates for positive social and economic change among marginalized groups. As the first college graduate in his family, Tony is driven by his commitment to create a better, more inclusive, and equitable future for all.
