Client Testimonials

“The sessions with Folake were focused and solutions-oriented. She helped me see things in me I didn’t see myself which gave me a much-needed boost of confidence while navigating a complex work situation and ultimately transitioning out of that job. All in all, I felt both challenged and affirmed by Folake, and found our sessions to be more helpful than therapy in many ways.”

Hannah Munger, Director of Communications

“Folake gave me the safe space to dream big and asked questions that really got to the root of the work I am passionate about. I felt very seen through this whole experience, which felt very rare for a professional(ish) setting. I got to show up not just as a person with career goals but also a human being, and felt very comfortable and excited to talk about my ideas/plans. As an Afro-Caribbean womxn in the professional world, it was so great to receive coaching from another woman & BIPOC professional who understands what it is to be of marginalized identities in the workforce.”

Jules F., Creative Professional

“Folake has been instrumental in my progress and I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to have been a part of this program. The experience with a)plan coaching has always been transformative for me.”
