Michael brings 20 years of experience both as a coach and psychotherapist.
He assists individuals to look deep within and helps them see parts of themselves that previously they were unaware of. MIchael brings his background as a coach, psychotherapist, experience with the 12 Steps of AA, and also his 15 years of work with men in men’s groups.
Michael has also created a podcast called MY BLUEPRINT: Struggle Towards Emotional Sobriety (Mlslcsw.libsyn.com). On his podcast, he shares some of his most vulnerable and intimate details about his struggles with depression and anxiety. Michael also discusses his definition of Emotional Sobriety and how this is key to living a fulfilled, balanced, and serene life.
Michael lives in the Southwestern Suburbs of Chicago. When he is not coaching, he is busy raising his 13 year old daughter and 10 year old son. Michael is also an avid golfer, runner, and enjoys many other outdoor activities.
