Molly has spent the past decade working across industries as a facilitator, consultant, coach, convener and strategist with the goal of helping people, teams, companies and movements own their stories, build intentional community, tap into curiosity, and break down barriers to justice, equity and inclusion.
Molly brings expertise in human behavior, positive psychology, somatic practices, systems theory, change management, and Adaptive Leadership to her work. With a commitment to courage, honesty and curiosity, Molly creates and holds sacred spaces for people to build deep self-awareness and take action on their most pressing work. Early in her career, Molly led strategic initiatives at a variety of nonprofits and worked as a mental health clinician. More recently she co-founded and led Coro Partners, a leadership development consulting firm in NYC, where she is now Senior Faculty. Currently, in addition to her work with A-Plan, Molly is the founder and principle of MIR Strategies where she focuses on partnering with cross-sector leaders to create real, transformative and lasting change. Molly finds balance in life with vegetarian cooking, works of fiction, restorative yoga and lots of time in nature.
