She brings more than 30 years of business management and human resources experience, and a deep personal development practice to her work. She believes cultivating emotional intelligence and committing to personal growth are keys to improved leadership, performance, and personal satisfaction. Clients value her holistic approach.

Denise is an adjunct faculty member at New Ventures West, and a teaching assistant in the Hakomi Method, a mindfulness-centered somatic modality. She lives in San Francisco with her partner, Karen, two terrier mutts, and two bossy felines.
