Anjali Sawhney is a Certified Integral Life Coach, New Ventures West (2006) & a trained International Leadership Embodiment Teacher. For over a decade, Anjali has had a deep and diverse life & leadership coaching practice serving non-profit, corporate, business, and educational individuals, teams & organizations. She also has a diverse background and direct experience in engineering consulting, product development, and small business acumen.
Anjali has been working with the leaders in embodied transformation, Strozzi Institute for Somatics, since 2018 including teaching courses in person & on-line (she was also on the Institute’s Board when it transitioned from founder-led to non-profit).
Anjali has coached & led workshops for hundreds of individuals, leaders, changemakers & teams including UCSF, East Bay Meditation Center (on it’s Board too), City of San Francisco, & Richmond Community Foundation where she is a leading Embodiment Coach for Contra Costa Non-Profits.
Prior to being a leadership coach, trainer, and facilitator, Anjali was a Director of Product Development at Charles Schwab & Company where she led a cross-functional team of hundreds for new products & services including marketing & sales training. And before that she worked for two engineering consulting companies in Los Angeles & Connecticut.
Anjali received her BS degree in Civil-Environmental Engineering from UCLA & an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco. She enjoys body surfing, live music, working with untapped populations, and dancing. Anjali is sometimes allowed to groove with her beloved young adult children, Jai born in India and Aanika born in San Francisco.
