Ajuma Madojemu is a certified coach with over three decades of public service experience and a lifelong commitment to personal and professional development.
She brings a unique blend of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and wellness-centered support to her coaching practice—helping individuals rediscover clarity, purpose, and the courage to navigate major life transitions, building the confidence to embrace what’s next.
Before transitioning into coaching, Ajuma served as Director and Branch Controller at the Central Bank of Nigeria. Over the course of her distinguished career, she led high-impact teams, mentored emerging leaders, and helped reshape workplace culture through trust-building, inclusivity, and merit-based advancement. Her signature leadership style—principled, nurturing, compassionate and values-driven—left a lasting imprint on her organization.
Now retired from public service, Ajuma is devoted to coaching professionals—especially high-performing women—who are navigating pivotal seasons like retirement, career shifts, or health-related transitions. Her coaching style is rooted in strategic reflection, authenticity, spiritual grounding, and holistic wellness, often drawing from her training in integrative nutrition, mindset work, and personal resilience.
Ajuma’s lived experience as a cancer survivor, seasoned leader, and mother infuses her coaching with wisdom, empathy, and a strong belief in the human capacity to bounce forward—not just back. Whether she’s helping a client align with their values, quiet their inner critic, or reimagine their legacy, Ajuma shows up with presence, purpose, and deep care.
Ajuma lives in Nigeria with her husband and is the proud mother of two adult sons. When not coaching, she’s often leading support circles for cancer survivors, delivering wellness talks, or curating wellness conversations for her growing community.
