Amy Saxton is a social impact strategist and coach with over 20 years of experience as an executive and team leader in the philanthropic, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.

She specializes in supporting successful, purpose-driven leaders to achieve transformative results and create high-performing and inclusive organizations, while thriving personally.

Formerly Vice President of Program Development at The James Irvine Foundation, she led the development of over $300M in approved grantmaking strategies and investments. Her work as CEO of Summer Search, Manager at Bridgespan, and Consultant at Monitor Company honed her ability to foster growth and sustainable impact across sectors.
