“Anjali has been integral during my time of professional transition and spiritual growth. She exudes tremendous empathy, intelligence, self awareness, and knowledge in somatic techniques which has made each session with her a deep learning, introspective, and empowering experience.
She has been able to shift my mental and physical barriers into sources of strength and trajectory through the variety of exercises during our sessions. I am eternally grateful for our sessions and will plan to return to her regularly as I continue to grow and evolve.”Sabir Brara, Executive & Podcast Host
