Eric works one-on-one with business owners, executives, directors, managers, and supervisors as a coach to help them create a clear line of sight for themselves and those they work with between behavior and the organization’s vision.

A Denver, CO based coach, Eric worked as an organizational development consultant, coach, trainer, and mediator at Employers council, a Denver-based employers association for the last 25 years. There, he partnered with hundreds of member organizations, which included a broad range of industries, public, private, non-profit working to build healthy thriving workplaces.

Eric is married lives in Colorado and a lucky father of a wonderful 7-year-old.  He and his family love to adventure in their travel trailer and see nature.

Eric works with leaders of all levels in the areas of leadership development, interpersonal communication, listening skills, conflict resolution, unconscious bias, inclusion, supervision, team building, mindfulness, and self-mastery.
