“I enjoyed working with Eric on a 360 feedback because his examples were vivid and memorable. What made me come back after 5 years is that I could see a real long-term impact that I wanted to build on. The review process systematically assesses competences from different angles. Eric artfully uses that raw feedback to expose previously hidden internal roadblocks. In big sport, competing without a coach is considered a handicap. It is the same in business. Get Eric on your team!”Mariya Chuykova, Portfolio Manager Real Capital Solutions
