Erica has been a professional coach for 4 years and brings over 20 years of experience as an educator and non profit executive.
Prior to founding PurposeFULL Seed, she was Vice President of Programs at a non-profit, developing people of color for executive leadership roles. There, she supported and encouraged her fellows to focus inward and show up as their authentic selves. A teacher and coach at heart, her gift is helping people understand that the answers they seek are already within. Certified through Imperative as a Purpose Coach, she is most interested in helping people identify with clarity WHO they are, and aligning that with what they DO and HOW they do it. She enthusiastically supports people in transitions, those between jobs or in pursuit of their next role in work or life.
Her favorite quote is, “We are human-beings, not human doers.” She believes when we do the work of understanding who we are, we can make the impact we desire.
Erica’s coaching clients include educators and senior and mid level non-profit leaders, particularly people of color. Organizational clients include The Surge Institute, Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, Teach For America, and The Chicago Public Education Fund. Erica coaches from the Chicago area.
