Her coaching is informed by experience in management roles and strategic consulting both outside and within organizations, like Motorola and Wells Fargo, where she led enterprise-wide change initiatives. Her formative years were in Asia, and now, having lived in the U.S. for 25+ years, she is inspired to help clients tap into the power of cross-cultural competency, and stay open to learning diverse ways of working and leading.
Grace’s clients come from across sectors, including Technology (Meta, Google, Facebook, Salesforce, Snap, Autodesk, NetApp), Finance (Capital One, Buckingham Wealth Partners, Navy Federal Credit Union), Pharma/Healthcare (Moderna, Bayer, Planned Parenthood), and Manufacturing (Boeing, Chevron).
Grace loves to dance Zumba, do weight training, take long walks, sing in a chorale, and travel.
