Gretchen is a coach, workshop facilitator and speaker who has been sparking the best in others for over 25 years.
She’s practical and strategic, yet she shows up authentically and wholeheartedly, inviting her clients to do the same.
Gretchen has deep experience in coaching women. She’s the resident coach on Tara Mohr’s Playing Big team and draws on wisdom and tools of the Playing Big women’s leadership model to help women step into leadership, grow their organizations, or pivot careers. Her clients learn to quiet their inner critic and listen to their own wisdom so they can take bolder action.
Prior to coaching, Gretchen was a Human Resources partner at leading global companies including Genentech, Young & Rubicam, and Wells Fargo. She facilitated leadership development programs in 11 countries, partnered with senior managers and their teams, and led EEO and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Gretchen lives in the Seattle area. When she’s not coaching, she’s is busy launching 3 teen-agers into young adulthood. Gretchen has supported leaders from large organizations such as Starbucks, Genentech, Amazon, Microsoft, T-Mobile and Danaher, as well as entrepreneurs, business owners, authors and artists.
