Jonathan has worked in HR roles and has been a consultant in succession planning and talent management at two global executive search firms – Heidrick & Struggles and DHR Global. His clients have included private equity and venture investors as well as executives and managers in nearly every industry. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and they have three amazing teenagers.
