Working with leaders of all ages and stages, Julie creates integrated coaching and leadership development programs for corporations that care, progressive foundations, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations with social justice missions.
She leads initiatives to infuse coaching into leaders’ journeys, enhancing their personal and professional effectiveness and satisfaction. Over the past two decades Julie has coached over 1,000 leaders throughout the United States, in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Julie’s coaching background includes co-active coaching methodology, conflict resolution skills, improvisational theater, effective communication, storytelling, and direct feedback. When combined, these tools unleash clients’ strengths and support them to work from their core values.
