Julie’s warm, yet direct coaching style fostered an environment in which I could explore my career questions and challenge my own abilities to continue my path toward an authentic leadership style. It was meaningful for me to connect with a caring, strong woman of color to help me reflect on the situations at hand, funnel my thoughts, and map out my future. She encouraged me to understand and show up for the various roles I encompass in my personal and professional life and taught me to trust my gut and go for opportunities that foster inspiration and growth.Alice Qannik Glenn
Julie and I partnered over a decade long relationship to support the professional development of my hospital leadership team. We accomplished this through a robust annual one-on-one professional coaching program designed, managed, and adapted by Julie. Throughout the past ten years, diverse members of my leadership team, from brand new supervisors to newly promoted executives, have extolled the merits of the coaching program. Most cite Julie’s professional coaching program as a rare and highly valued opportunity that has accelerated their growth as leaders.Tony McLean
