Manal’s mission is to help individuals, organizations and communities move from survival to creation, from dependency to agency, and to recognize that everything they need to lead change already exists within them.
With over 20 years of experience in coaching, facilitation and entrepreneurship, she specializes in mindset work, experiential learning, collective intelligence, leadership development, and impact communication through storytelling. Her human-centered approach, grounded in neuroscience, emotional regulation, and team dynamics, empowers people and organizations to create meaningful transformation.
Through her ventures—the Womenomics Institute, EngLead, and AsilaShop—Manal has worked with corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders to shift mindsets toward purposeful living, drive social change, build inclusive organizational systems, and lead transformation in the age of AI and emerging technologies. Her clients span corporate, non-profit, education, and social enterprise sectors across Africa, the Middle East, and internationally.
Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she is senior facilitator at the School of Collective Intelligence, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), designing new experiences to support organizational transformation. She also serves on the boards of NGOs “Douar Tech”, advancing digital equity and entrepreneurship in underserved communities, and “Women in AI”, working to close the gender gap in artificial intelligence.
When she’s not working with leaders and teams, Manal is in the middle of her own leadership laboratory at home—raising three lively daughters. Two are twins, and the third arrived just eighteen months later, which she jokes makes them “basically triplets with different birthdays.” Parenting through divorce has made her something of a specialist in resilience, empathy, and confidence-building; not just for her girls, but for herself. Off the clock, she finds joy in salsa dancing, biking, soaking up the sea breeze at the beach, and sharing the rich flavors of Moroccan cuisine with friends and family.
