Nicolas is a professional coach with over 15 years of experience working as a serial entrepreneur in Latin America and as an investment banker in Europe.
He has coached entrepreneurial leaders, who are growing or transforming their business, reinventing themselves personally and professionally and/or are taking on new roles.
Thanks to his unique and varied working experiences as a high level banking executive and a social entrepreneur, he has a natural empathy for entrepreneurs and executives which helps him to understand and connect deeply with their needs and challenges.
He experienced multiple transitions and transformations in his life. These personal, family, and work/life balance experiences help him understand and meet the needs of anyone who faces reinvention periods such as transitioning to a new role, starting a new business, scaling up an organization or finding one’s life purpose.
Nicolas is a French national who has lived in Mexico for the last eight years and in four different countries before. He speaks three languages fluently. He is married to Fernanda, the mother of his two beautiful baby girls.
