Sarah is passionate about creating possibility and clarity in people’s lives. Her goal is to not only have you achieve your result, but to also transform how you achieve your goals so that there is a lifelong shift.
Sarah has been coaching since 2012, is a Professional Certified Coach, and has coached hundreds of people to be effective leaders, find their purpose, bring big projects to life, navigate tricky transitions, and gain work-life alignment.
Throughout Sarah’s life she’s always been drawn to help people, whether it was as a sports coach, peer mentor, or volunteer. Once she found coaching, she knew she’d found her professional home. Prior to becoming a coach, Sarah worked in international development and as a UX designer serving mission-driven organizations. She loves working with creative and innovative people who care about the world.
Sarah lives with her husband and coaches from the Washington, DC area. She’s a two-time NCAA champion in rowing and loves hiking, skiing, kayaking, drawing, photography, and listening to live music.
