Client Testimonials

“I would absolutely recommend Sarah to everyone (and I have!). I particularly appreciate Sarah’s gentle, non-judgmental listening combined with concrete practical skills and goal setting. During the process of working with Sarah, I emerged from a sense of confusion and overwhelm that I’d been living with for years. I feel hopeful, focused, and empowered to create the life I want. I didn’t really believe that I could have true, lasting breakthroughs in the way I dealt with my life. But then, I did.”

“I started working with Sarah shortly after transitioning to a new career. Sarah helped me create a plan for my personal and professional development, then provided me with tools and ideas to help me meet my goals. Six months after working with Sarah I received the biggest raise of my career. I’m confident that anyone who works with Sarah will benefit from her excellent coaching ability.”

Kristin Greenslit

“Would I recommend working with Sarah Brooks as a coach? The answer is a resounding “YES”. Sarah has one of the greatest gifts available to mankind, the gift of empathy. I always felt like I could trust Sarah with the personal details of my life. She was very perceptive and able to identify behavior and thought patterns that were preventing me from accomplishing my milestones. Sarah was supportive and encouraging throughout the coaching process, but most importantly she offered resources and tools to get things done.”
