She harnesses over fourteen years of communications and management experience to serve organizations and individuals through solutions-focused, mindfulness-informed, and integrative coaching modalities. She works as an organizational sociologist, nonprofit director, and previously served as Senior HR Business Partner at the University of Notre Dame, Director of Workforce Transformation and Chief Brand Storyteller at Hubstaff, and as a consultant in tech, higher education, and nonprofits.
Willow is dedicated to her local community, serving on her city’s civil rights board and as general civil mediator with a community dispute resolution center.
