Yinka is a life-long learner and student of how faith-based hope transforms lives.
Her approach combines faith principles and a genuine desire to help individuals overcome inner and outer blocks.
Her global perspective and multicultural sensitivity come from first-hand experience as she hails from Sierra Leone, West Africa, and grew up in a bi-lingual household. She attended elementary school in Britain, high school in her homeland, and university in the United States, where she has lived and worked for more than 35 years.
Yinka envisions a world where people employ healthy practices to affect positive change and perform at their fullest potential. She believes that no matter who you are, your title, or station in life, your impact as a human being is defined by what you say and do, how you show up and how you make others feel. Therefore, Yinka’s coaching style often guides her clients towards self-reflective inquiry and recommends that a more conscious and deliberate move towards making choices allows them to unleash their power and experience full self-expression and empowerment.
Yinka lives in Texas with her husband, mother and a pup. She has five sons; the last two are currently attending university.
Clients that have benefited from Yinka’s support span sectors including minority owned global businesses (Fambul Tik, Fidelis Therapy), and corporations in the following industries – non-profit, semiconductors (OnSemi, Texas Instruments, ASM International), aerospace (Raytheon Technologies), financial services (Wells Fargo) and warehouse safety (ShockWatch).
