Lawrence is fiercely committed to creating a sustainable, just, thriving world for all humans, all species, and all ecosystems. He works as Account Executive on key a)plan sustainability accounts and directly with a)plan’s CEO to accelerate national and global sustainability impact.
He is driven by many of today’s macro-crises, firmly believing that humanity must take drastic and immediate action to combat trends accelerating climate catastrophe, mass extinction, and systemic “othering” — a phenomenon highlighted in recent years by racial reckoning, the #MeToo Movement, and health inequities spotlighted by COVID-19.
Lawrence has driven needle-moving results through his involvement in a wide range of projects, including:

- Rare 100% user-adoption of a new IT system dramatically improving enviro-safety in the largest utility company in the US

Lawrence received his MA in individual and large-scale transformation from Oxford University on a Rhodes Scholarship.
