Amy is an expert in the field with over 20 years of experience as a transformation consultant and coach committed to racial equity.

Amy received her Master’s Degree in Organizational Change Management from The New School in New York City, and her Doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She has worked with Leaders of Color across Foundations, Nonprofits, and Fortune 100 settings to shift work cultures to be more inclusive and connected.
